Dirt Alley Design - FAQ
When will my art print ship?
Most in stock art prints ship within 1-2 business days, and take anywhere from 2-14 days to arrive. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. I use USPS to ship all posters.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, and I cannot offer returns unless there is an error and you receive the incorrect art print. However, if your item is damaged during shipment, I am happy to send out a replacement upon return of the damaged poster. Please contact me with documentation of the damage so I can process your order for a replacement.
Where can I get a picture frame?
The San Francisco art print requires a frame 18 by 18 inches at minimum. Ikea's Ribba Frame (19.75 by 19.75 inches) will accommodate the poster but will need a custom mat. If you are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cheap Pete's offers pre-made poster frames in 18 by 18 size.
What is screenprinting?
Screenprinting is the process of printing a design by pushing ink through a mesh screen. The result is a hand touched product with a unique quality that can't be captured by digital printing methods.
Can you create a [insert your city here] art print?
Dirt Alley Design is a side project of mine. It can take upwards of 60 hours of work from start to finish to create a city maze art print. Unfortunately, I am only able to release 1 new city design a month. Feel free to contact me with a request though, and if I receive many requests for a certain city, I will be more than happy to make that city maze map a priority!
Can you create a custom print?
I am happy to accommodate custom color requests for existing maze map designs to create a custom print for you. Feel free to contact me with your request. Please note that custom color requests will have an extra charge of $5-10 per print as your custom print will need to be created to order. Custom orders will take an extra 3-4 days to process.
I received my art print, but the colors look different.
Due to differences in how browsers and monitors render images, and how color can appear depending on ambient light, you may receive an art print where the color looks slightly different from what appeared on your computer screen. I strive to accurately represent a print as much as possible before purchase, but do understand that the poster your receive may look slightly different from what appears on your computer screen.
The art print I want is only available for pre-order
If an art print goes out of stock, I will screenprint your poster by hand within 1-2 business days. Expect a delay of 2-3 days in your print being shipped.
Do you have a wholesale catalog or line sheet?
Yes! Please contact me to learn more about wholesale pricing and purchases.
